Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn fashion pieces back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain securely attached.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
